I am delighted to advise that our options exercise will raise the maximum available amount of $3.4 million.
PIQ option holders have converted 90% of available options raising $3.1 million, and our underwriters Alto Capital will take the shortfall of $341,808. Alto Capital had underwritten $2m, but the overwhelming support of option holders means this has been cut back considerably.
Proteomics International’s Directors have also been strong supporters, and collectively have exercised over $1 million of PIQO options.
