Proteomics International Wins WA Exporter of the Year Award
Proteomics International Laboratories Ltd (PILL) edged out shipbuilding giant Austal and Fortescue Metals Group to win the prestigious WA Exporter of the Year Award in the Western Australian (WA) Industry and Export Awards 2016. PILL also took out the Health & Biotechnology category for the second year in a row for outstanding international success.
PILL’s Managing Director Dr Richard Lipscombe, Contract Services Manager Ms Andreja Livk, Dr Roopwant Judge (Business Development) and Computational Proteomics Specialist Dr Javed Khan represented the company at the event.
Dr Richard Lipscombe accepted the awards on behalf of the company and spoke about how “the awards highlight PILL’s ever growing export achievements, being recognised for world-leading specialist analytical services and our new innovations in medical technology”. PILL will now represent WA at the 54th Australian Export Awards in Brisbane on November 24.
